For the benefit of all home owners, the Meadowood HOA has adopted the following rule: "Any homeowner using a trash service must use only the HOA-contracted Trash/Recycle provider."

 

Meadowood's current approved provider is Mountain Waste.  They can be reached at 970-963-3435 - select "option 2".  Identify yourself as a "Meadowood Resident" and supply your address, billing information and service desired.  You will be billed individually for the service you contract with them on.  Please click on this link to view the detail on their services/recycling and costs.

 

Trash Pick-Up is normally Friday morning between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If the following holidays fall on a weekday, trash pick-up will be on Saturday: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

 

This rule will be enforced pursuant to the Policy on Covenant and Rule enforcement.

 

 

Excerpt (Page 4) from Rules & Regulations for Meadowood Homeowners

 

1. All Meadowood Owners and Renters are required to abide by our current policies for waste disposal. These are located at www.meadowoodhomeowners.org under the "Trash, Recycling, Composting" section and are subject to revisions by the Meadowood HOA & Metro Boards under the authority and in accordance with section and subsections thereof "5 - Board Of Trustees and 5.2 - Powers And Duties" as stated and defined in the THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR MEADOWOOD SUBDIVISION.

2. The current (subject to change) day for trash collection is Friday at 7:30 AM. Trash must be in bearproof containers, and trash must be placed near the street on the morning of pick-up. Never put your trash out the night before!

3. Weekly pick-up of compost is encouraged. Contact info for current providers of compost pick-up is available on the web.
